Planet Carrier

The component is used to take the gears of a planetary gear which in turn is then rubberized on the coupling side. This design allows the electromechanical drive to be decoupled from the chassis.

Why the planet carrier from us:

  • The final shape is pressed on the coupling side and can be rubberized directly
  • Extensive knowledge in the production of non-rotationally symmetrical forms by cold forming
  • No complex 5-axis machining required
  • In the planetary drive, the supports are already pre-formed and the free spaces have been pressed
  • The two-part design allows us to save a great deal of material while at the same time reducing the scope of processing
