Sliding Sleeve

The sliding sleeve is radially fixed but axially displaceable on a return shaft. Shifting takes place via a shift yoke which engages in the circumferential groove. When shifting, the sliding sleeve with the external gearing is pushed into the internal gearing of the reverse gear wheel. For easier, noiseless shifting, the gearing has a tapered top pointing and an undercut.

Why the Sliding Sleeve from us:

  • Cold pressed synchronous gears are produced on specially designed presses and press tools developed by Tekfor
  • Longer service life under wear and load than with other manufacturing processes
  • The component is torque-resistant in both directions of rotation
  • Tekfor guarantees the optimal series quality
  • Deliverd directly to the assembly line ready for Installation
